before i ported backhousing i was boosting 12psi on this turbo and will get full boost at 4k now that i ported it its boosting 10 psi but hits 10 at 6k and slowly boostkreep..
What could it be the external waste gate staying open or what >??? or the guy just ported it bad or too big ???

In Canada a Back House is one of those old outdoor toilets of the 1800 ....
Maybe he has one on his car ???
