I'm getting some 30 Lb Ford Motorsport injectors and want to know if I should use the SAFC that I already have, just need to hook it up and get some help tuning it; OR sell it and get a S-FMU? I'm mostly worried about cold starts and keeping the EGT's down. I'm boosting 5 lbs now, but I just got my 1g SMIC on so I'd like to go to 7-8lbs. I'd also like not to have my stock injectors being pushed past their duty cycle with just my Walbro every time I boost. What would be the most feasible?

use both if its an option.

if not, youll need a means to lower the idle fp to be able to idle, so the sfmu is a must

I have 30lbs.....my car is in the middle of rebuild though.....I will be able to use my Cartech POS untill I save up enough for the SFMU rihgt...i wouldnt see why not thoug.....

You can't do any real tuning if the FPR keeps changing the fuel pressure, like the Craptech HRC FPR. Get the SFMU, better yet, if possible get both.

i had the cartech fmu for a while w/ 30lb injectors until i got the sfmu. itll run, but youll be way rich

So can I change discs to the 8:1 and run the SAFC to lean it out, until I can afford the SFMU or somebody wants to sell me theirs?
