If the westgate does not recieve a boost signal it will not open. Like I said before if you can't run the line to the compressor then tap it to the intake manifold.

ok ma look i am so sorry for being so dumb but when you say intake manifold where to one of the vacum lines, if so wich one i am using one to connect the boostgague and the bov in the same one where are more vac lines on the car ????
thanks
SOrry for the dumbness

preferable you will want to tap it directly to the manifold (wich means you would have to drill it) now if you dont want to do this you can take off the EGR system and cut the pipe, solder it shut and put some "nipples" on it for the vacuum lines to fit on. (this is what i did. If you don't wish to do that either, you can tap a vacuum line coming off the intake manifold (could be the line for the fpr or fmu, or the boost gauge line. the problem with this is that the pressure will drop through the lines as they split, you don't want to have too many lines splitting off into others.

hey wehre is the EGR system. I already got 1 t deviding the boost and the bov for vac
now where will you recomend connect it to the EGR or to the vac in the intake manifold??
what will be a better readign ?? or more acurate

The EGR is the Exhaust Gas Recicling system. If you look at the intake manifold there is a metal pipe coming off of it from the back, on the side closest to the driver. this pipe hooks around and goes to the EGr wich is attached to the side of the block. what I did was take the EGR off, make some block off plates to cover the hole, and then where the pipe comes out of the Intake manifold I cut that tip off about 2 inches long and welded it shut. (keep the side that bolts onto the manifold intact, so taht you can bolt it back on.) then I drilled 3 holes in it and soldered in 3 short fuel lines in it to serve as nipples. (now it kind of looks like a chicken foot.) that gave me 3 xtra places to put in vacuum lines.so now all of my lines are tapped directly into the intake manifold. Having the lines directly tapped in will give you the most accurate reading.
