Thought I would answer before you got flammed. this question is a big NO-NO here. it has been asked a zillion times and it all comes down to what you want out of your turbo, and how much you know about them. Please look in the "things we've seen before" section, you will find all the info you need there. if you are still confused, then ask.
Late.

No Hahn is better..........no wait, Star is way better than Hahn...... NO, Hahn....Star.....Hahn......Star.......NER....no, wait......
To help you out a little, type in 'Hahn Star' on search.

they're all bad. go naturally aspirated man!
just kidding (and no offense to the NA people.. heh.)
Before you decide on which turbo, first try to learn as much about it as you can. Especially now with the NER kit officially out, you have alot of choices, and alot of customization to get exactly what you want.
Talk to people that have star kits, talk to people that have HRC... wait around for a month or so, and i'm pretty sure you'll be able to talk to people who have NER kits too.
Also, if you can, find someone who's installing a turbo kit so you can appreciate all the work that goes into it.
Then after that, go read gary howell's rant on compression, turbocharging, and detonation found on the turbo link off the main 2gnt.com page.
Finally, be prepared to spend alot of money, and be forever dedicated to your car. Turbo isn't user friendly. Alot of problems can (and probably will) occur.
Happy boostin ;)
