How much does your boost controller spike? I got the Turbo XSHP one and it spikes to about 13-14psi then immediatly falls down to 10-11 in first and second gear. Then, in third gear, it likes to rest a pound or so higher(11-12)....is this normal? Also, if you haven't already, check out my post in the racing section...finally took her to the track!

I kinda have the same problem, but not at that boost level :) I have the Hallman MBC, and sometimes, usually in second or third, when i'm cruising and i punch it, my boost will spike to like 8.5 or 9 psi..It is set at about 7 psi max right now...I have no idea why it does this..the Hallman is supposed to be damn good too..

All I have is a homemade ball and spring and it NEVER spikes. Hits 10psi and doesn't go over at all.

And congrats on the track time. That is AWESOME. Especially the trap speed!!!
