26267, Oh Hell yeah!

Well, yesturday @ 5:30pm I started the car up...fired up the first time! Running smoothly too! I took her out for a test spin and she pulls REALLY hard! Got a couple of questions though. My fuel pressure @ idle is 50psi and when I hit the gas up to 0 in. Hg she hits 60psi, just like it should be. But the second it goes into bost, she doesn't go any higher, just stays at ~ 60psi. Maybe it's cuz I'm only seeing like 2 psi of boost, gotta find that problem now, but for that few seconds at 2 psi, I LOVE IT! Also, my a/f meter (Corbin's) doesn't ht a steady voltage in boost, it keeps cycling like it's stuck in open loop. Any ideas? Thanks folks! Once this is all tuned, I'm gonna go Honda hunting!

congrats bro!!!! What fuel pressure guage do you have is it the autometer phantom series? as far as the open loop thing I don't know but my autometer did that to me so I had summit send me another one and I havn't had a problem since.

A/F readings won't go to closed loop until you're around 80% power, and the engine is warm.

Check your vacuum lines, especially the check valve on the FPR and see if it's pointed the right way if you have the HRC kit? You may just have a vacuum leak somewhere that's allowing all the pressure to escape.

Ok, I got the fuel thing worked out. She rises under boost, now I just gotta tune her. What's the easiest way to tune the idle/static f/p? I'm being told a few differnet things. I'm being told to 1) take off the vacuum line, set the f/p and go that route, and the MANUAL says to leave the line on, set the f/p, then adjust the "gain for boost" after/during a test run. What way?!?!
