Has anyone tried using a Diesel turbo for their car?
It should be the same right?
I thought it would let you have higher boost ratings..
because on buses, I saw a guage that looked like a boost gauge (haha, maybe not), but it was measuring something by PSI....

Anyways, just wondering if the Diesel turbos would work...
i.e. Benz turboes, etc, etc..

A turbo of the size you are referring to is too big.

Yeah, you can. Just make should it isn't too big or you will have to much lag.

I also looked into those turbo's. What I found was that most of them did not even come with wastegates. And they may not spool up fast, but their CFM was way too high, (at least for my application).
