Tires...Nitto 555R Drag Radials (225/50-16)

I did have Nitto 555R Drag Radials on the front stock 16" rims but as you can see on the slip they really did no good for me....I need to learn to launch. On Slicks @ 106.60 mph that's a high 12 second run!!!! I know a guy that ran a 12.621 @ 106.43mph in a 97 GS-T

15psi!! DAMN!! I thought that we should hit low 13's at 10psi?? And that is using stock internals. HRC stage 2 hits 13.7 at 10psi, or so they say. I have not yet been to the track, but if a GS-T hits 15.1, and I am faster then a GS-T at 5psi, then I should hit the 14's at only 5psi, right? And you are at 15psi, you should be in the 12's with no problem, without slicks.

He has lowered compression and 15psi plus his 60ft times arent great so I think the times are pretty good. In comparison GSTs can just break into the high 13s with the stock T25 and ALL the bolt ons and max boost it can hold.

LOL.. I hope you're not flooring it in 1st. gear!?!!??
Here's a tip for those nittos... keep the rpm's right around
4000 drop the clutch and ride the throttle bout half way in.
You just gotta get a good feel for it... Good luck, and keep
postin those times !
