Brothers, i drove my car today to automotion to get my ngk plugs, i came home, i let the car cool for about 30 minutes, i go, and i take out each one of my spark plugs to change them, and almost all of them had oil around them, some had a little, and some when i took em out, were drippin oil cuz there was so much around them, brothers, what the hell is going on? my compression numbers are good, i check my oil level every 3 days, and it stays normal...please reply

Around the outside of plugs or inside? Probably the rubber o-rings that go on the camshaft cover(valve cover). The can be leaking oil into the spark plug hole. Just replace the valve cover gasket and the o-rings and you should be ok. If you have oil on the inside of the plugs(electrode area)..you would have to have blow-by from bad rings.
