Would you happen to have the electrical specs for your inline pump? (ie how much current it draws, it's resistance, etc...?)
I am experiencing some problems after installing an in-line pump.

Resistance is impossible to measure, as it will vary depending upon armature position in the pump.
The pumps generally draw about 8-10 amps at full pressure.
