so ive been havin some electrical gremlin in the fuel system. so i was going thru and checking all the connections. i had one of the connections on the hrc inline pump off, soldered the connector on to the wire, went to tighten it back on, and as i tightened it down, the damn terminal post broke in half and started leaking fuel all over the damn place...damnit..

so i went ahead and took the inline off, and right now im running just the stock pump :( no boost for me....

so, would hahn help me out in anyway here? i mean, i wasnt overtightening the thing, its just cheap freakin thin brass post, and it snapped in half, BUT it obviously becomes just my word.

if hahn cant help me out here, would i be better off getting another inline? or just replacing the stock intank w/ a high-presure walbro and be done with it?

call hrc and talk to bill he is cool... you might have to pay for it better call and ask... i would just use the same one... i also have the walbro 255hp intank... if you just remove the inline hrc pump and just use the walbro 255hp you will be good up to 7psi about only for fuel, Corbin told me something like this... so just keep that in mind...

why would the 255lph be good for only 7lbs of boost? on stock injectors maybe; im running 315's and a SFMU, i dont have to run absurds amount of fuel pressure. at 8lbs of boost, i only need ~60-62.5psi of fuel pressure, the walbro should have no problem holding 60psi of fuel pressure at wot...

Get the high pressure 255 Walbro in-tank. with your bigger injectors, it should have no problem supporting 10psi, maybe even a little more. you wont "need" both until you are ready to beef up the bottom end.

The Walbro is good for fuel pressures up to about 90-100 psi.

With that fuel pump, it's not about HP support or boost support, it's all about the fuel pressure. So if you can deliver all of your necessary fuel below the above mentioned threshold (90-100 psi), you're good to go with the walbro.

oh my bad... i forgot you had the 315cc injectors, i thought u had the stock onces... my bad, so yah that will work the walbro255hp

I don't know if yours was like rfpunch's inline but his was WAY louder than why walbro. If you got the radio on you won't even hear it.

If you wire your whinebro to the battery with a fairly heavy gauge wire, your whine should come down to a buzz.
