Time to go turbo....hells yeah....the nos is nice but is rather expensive to keep up w/....but for a n/t guy its about twice as much acceleration than stock...but i need more....after riding in kons car who could ever not want to be turbo...i've ridin in Brian Azads car too and its super dope as well....regardless i've taked to Wyatt at Race Prep Engineering and i'm getting a Star Kit Stage II(turbogs.com)...the kit comes w/ the T3/T4 Turbonetics turbo, vortech FMU, turbo exhaust mani, 2.75" downpipe to cat, oil lines/tee adapters for plumbing, Deltagate Wastegate Mark II, intank high pressure fuel pump, front mount(massive), all the chrome intercooler piping, Greddy Type-S BOV, Autometer Boost Guage....now thats just the kit..you can see in my mods below what i already have...my clutch will hold, i have a good flowing exhaust...i plan on getting a S-afc, boost controller(profec-B or avc-r), eagle rods, Weisco or JE pistons and rings, and ford racing 42 lb injectors(they flow a little more than 400cc's) and maybe a turbo timer.....i think that will do..i want to run at least 12 psi, after i install the internals....this will be probably one big install...i'll be getting them very very soon like probably this next week....the internals may be following week....looking at what i have and what i'm getting can anyone think of anything else that i may need or things that will need to be fixed while i have the engine apart doing the internals....right there is about 4500 dollars worth of stuff....w/ all of that i will easily be able to boost upward of 14 + psi but truthfully i don't think i'll need too..i rode in Konizzle's ride and hes boosting 14 psi, thats more than enough for me...Brian azad is boosting 17 psi and that thing just pulls like a mad man....i'll be happy at 14 or 15....do i need anything else? will anything need machined, balanced....whats the story morning glory.....help me out as much as possible so i don't have a ton of down time...thanks yall.....later.....(i posted this on my home forum so you 2gnt guys may not know the names....just cut and pasted..i'm a lazy bastard...thanks for the advice non the less)

Yeah, we all know Wyatt. Well, at least all us old school 2gnt'ers, and we all know what comes in a Star kit :D Good luck on your rebuild.

I would def upgrade the stock clutch if not done already. At 12-15 psi, you might get some slipping with a stock clutch..I hear great things about the Clutchmasters stage 3 and 4 clutches..You *should* get the whole rotating assembly balanced(engine and clutch), its always a good idea to do it, but not 100% necessary..New timing belt and all its parts to go with it should be done with the rebuild also..And read up as MUCH as you can on turbo systems and tuning, and just get as much info as you can before you actually get it. Before i got mine on, i spent lots of hours just going through the archives on the turbo forum..It helped out GREATLY..Good luck :)
