Just go to home depot, get a rubber fitting that fits the turbo, and a piece of pvc pipe the same diameter. Cap off one end of the PVC pipe, and drill a hole that you can screw in the end of an air compressor into. clamp all the connections and turn on the compressor. Put about 10 to 15 psi and stop it, check to make sure it holds the pressure, bam, you are done. (I think) ;)

From what I have heard you would hear a whistling sound. Do not mistake the turbo spooling as a boost leak. I dunno though, I do not think I have ever had one. The best way is to pressurize the intake piping and see what happens. Good luck.
