Anyone have problems with orders from CNNP lately. I ordered $1500.00
worth of engine parts from Nemo last month and was billed on my credit card the very same day I ordered the parts. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received them and I'm still getting Nemo's stupid answering machine that he's moving, and to leave a message and he'll get back to you. Yea Right!!! Beware everyone! I want to save you money and frustration!!!

Call and get your money back. You are not the first one who's been joked by those morons. I have not met one person who's had a successful transactions from CNNP. They have a lot of followers, but they SUCK at doing the right thing.

I agree, dont charge me unless you got the god damn part. I can understand if money is needed upfront for special order parts, but god damn are they bad at fufilling their promises.

A friend of mine tried ordering some rods from them and got the same story as you.

Way back when they 1rst came around as Captain Nemo's they were the same way. Screwed Eric R out of pistons. I called many times to get the "sorry this users voicemail is full", let alone the ability to ask questions or place an order. The excuse then was "I was running the operation alone" "didn't have anyone to answer the phones" "revamping" and other bullshit. Then they supposedly were suppose to be getting their act together and hiring appropriate staff yada yada yada..Once a fucked up business I give no second chances (if you know a doctor fucked up multiple surgeries would you go to him because he's working at a new hospital).I used to say they could have been the Howell of neon parts since they were the 1rst and had the most unique parts. If your name isn't Scott Moler or you dont live within driving distance be forewarned. If you remember Ray (MWC)he also dealt with them (lived within driving distance and even he had to watch his shit closely and get the usual "we are working on this" just to find he hadn't worked on shit yet. At least he got his parts and car. Hopefully you'll be so lucky. Isn't funny how the only thing they can do fast is process a credit card. Your fix is easy. You paid with a credit card and have recieved no merchandise. All you need to do is call your credit card company if its not too late.
On the other hand if your ordering rods that he told you werent in stock a month is nothing. Crower takes at least that long.

I hav etried to be quiet abotu it, btu I will also agree, CNNP is one of the CRAPPIEST companies THIS SIDE OF THE UNIVERSE. EVERYTIME I have ordered from them I have go tthe run-around, adn something always ends up screwed up. WAAAAAY back like 2 years ago when I ordered my Stainless steel valves from them, it took them like a couple of MONTHS to ship the valves to me even though he said they wre "IN STOCK" And he woudl always say "I am going to ship them monday" whenever he "did" answer his phone. I EVENTUALLY got my valves and one extra and he had the FREAKIGN NERVE to ask ME to ship that extra valve BACK TO HIM at MY expense!!! of couse I still have that valve, Just recently I tried getting a scatter shield from them for my car so it would be NHRA legal, yeah, that took abotu 2.5 months (making the shield was a 3 day job). I ALSO go tthe run around on that with EVERY excuse from "oh, my daugher was sick" to "my machinest wasn't at his shop " to "oh, I am going to ship it tomorrow". well, after abotu 20 TOMORROWS I got fed up and told CNNP "GIVE ME MY SCATTER SHIELD OR GIVE ME MY MONEY" so the story shifts from "oh, it is done and just needs to be picked up from teh machine shop" to "oh, I am shipping it tomorrow" to "oh, I am sorry, I will ship it tomorrow" AGAIN to FINALLY "oh, we can't ship it because we sent it out to get powdercoated............KNOWING I SAID I WANTED IT IN tHE MAIL IRREGARDLESS teh NEXT DAY with a trackign number. And the funny part is that after I told them how I felt, they were like "oh.......well we have anotehr one that hasn't been sent otu to be coated yet on the shelf. we'll send that one to you.." AND WHY DIDN'T THEY DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.......well, because Nemo had to go buy "longer bolts" for the scatter shield. I asked the guy that I talked to on the phone....I said "hey, Nemo said that he had to buy longer bolts for my shield, and that <cough> was one of the MANY EXCUSES fo it not being shipped out already, and the guy told me "yes, I put the bolts in there, and I will ship it out today for you". great. that was on a WED. When I got the box the next week, it had "NEXT DAY AIR" stickered ALL OVER IT.........once again.......anotehr LIE. I tried to call him to see what it was all about......the answering machine that says leave a message that WON'T TAKE MESSAGES. and on top of ALL THAT SHIT.......there were NO BOLTS in the package!!! So I call and bitch and nemo gets me some bolts out liek the next day......all's good right...........WRONG. Me and Murix were out there workign on my car while we were in town, and one of the things we had to do befor eputting the motor in it was to put the sheld on......first off, since this thing wasn't coated, we had to spray paint it (because it was SERIOUSLY rusty), and after wrestlign with it for a good hour, I finally go tit on the transmission........and guess what..........IT PRESSED SOO HARD ON THE SHIFTER CABLES THAT THE CAR WOULDN'T SHIFT!!!!!!!1I had to take it off, and throw it in teh yard!!!!!!that was 260 dollars worth of JUNK tha thad OBVIOUSLY never been test fitted on a car........that didnt' bother me as bad as the fact that they didnt' test fit it on a tranny with EVERYTHING ON IT (like teh shifter cables are OPTIONAL or something <thumbs down>. I was SOOOOO PISSED OFFF that I coudn't stand it. I CHUMKED the 260 dollar piece fo shit aroudn the yard, adn I woudl have cursed Nemo's ass out abotu it too........if he was answer his DAMNED PHONE!!!!

in closing.....DON'T BUY FROM CNNP RACING. THAT IS ABOUT THE MOST RAG TAG BUNCH OF SLACKERS I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BUISNESS WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
