Well this is just my curiosity, I just got a fuel pump for safety back in the days, but I was just wondering does a GST need a fuel pump if I turn the boost up to 16Psi on the T 25

At 16 psi on the T-25 you will be about maxing out the fuel system. You shouldn't be running rich because all you are doing is upping the boost and you have a factory regulator that will control fuel.
