I have the star stage two and I was wondering what I should do to my engine to be able to boost around 10 psi and higher?

9-15psi....rebuilt bottom end lower compression, bigger injectors, s-afc, clutch, boost controller
15psi+... some kind of timing control to retard the timing plus everything else I mentioned
