if i drive at low rpm dose it still put strain on my internals if the turbo is no spooling or just starting?

nope, but whats the point of having turbo if you aint gunna use it? shouldnt be stepin on it at all times but i honeslty step on it more than i used to i jes dont step on it as long i guess since i get there so much faster. :)

If you're not under load (in boost), then basically, everything will be like stock. The big difference will be when you increase the throttle and boost develops--that's when the combustion of higher fuel volume and increased air will be more explosive.
