what do you guys recommend for ring gap using these pistons? they are the ones from HRC. Thanks James

I could be wrong be i think most ring manufacture come pretty close to spec especially if those are the rings that came with the pistons?? guys??

Off topic but.... didnt you have the 10:5 compression pistons? What happened?

James so did you call Howell to get some sort of refund or credit? Is you car up and running yet?
I pitched an idea to Bill over at HRC about comign up with a rebuild kit to their standards using JE pistions, crower rods, and other things (gasket, pump...etc). we'll see in the next few months if they do act on it.

I'm planning to run .022 on the top ring and .015 on the second ring, and .015 on the oil rings Does this sound okay? thanks James
