22303, fitting for fuel rail what kind do i need?

i have a 99gs and i was wondering what kind of fitting is at the end of the fuel rail which connects to the fpr etc? i need to find out what kind it is and what kind of fitting i need to buy that would screw onto it? i plan to go to this shop which makes custom fuel lines fitting etc.. i want to make it look pretty =)

cool so that means i need a -4an female to screw onto it right? for some odd reason i always get confused with the male and female...
