22151, Bosch 1:1 fpr leaking...

For you guys running the HRC stage iv, and are using the HRC (Bosch fpr), does yours leak at the fuel return side, from the adapter (screw in part)? It has leaked since I have installed the fpr, and I've tried sealing that threading location with teflon paste and teflon tape, but it still leaks. I checked the threading and it's not cross-threaded or anything. Any ideas?

Since it's just the fitting on the FPR I'd jb weld around the base of the fitting. It will never leak again.

Hmmm, that is a good idea, but I'm not sure if I want to have it welded. Well, I wonder if JB weld will work?

Well when I disabled my stock FPR instead of running a new line I ran the stock distribution block thingy and just used JB welb and a screw to fill in the hole from the regulator. If it will hold 80 psi fuel preesure there then I know it will hold up on the RETURN line.

If it is worth mentioning, I have never leaked fuel from there.

I have a one for sale if you would like to try/buy. It's never been installed.

Thanks for the offer, Greg. I'm going to call HRC and see what they'll say. I might have to take the fpr off your hands. I'll let you know soon.

Kon,
I'm sure we can fix that leak. I just did my whole fuel system. I hade a few leaks, but they are all fine now. Bring it over to my place and we can look at it. You may just need to John Wayne that bad boy, or get a new fitting.
