What do you guys do to check for boost leaks? My friend told me how he made a tube housing that attached to the inlet on the turbo. He said that he capped it off and drilled a hole into the end of it. He said that he took an air compressor and screwed it into the hole he made and used that to pressurize the piping. Is this a good way to do it?

Yes, that is the most widely accepted method. (I'm not sure of any others)
