21878, almost stalled Posted by RoboTechDSM, May-11-02 03:51 PM
HRC billet FPR =
It's been changing the fuel pressure up and down up and down. Just today, I almost stalled out. My A\F readings suddenly went rich during idle, where I assumed that's why I almost stalled out, to much fuel during idle. Fuel pressure stayed at around 40, I think, could have been 60 it was hard to see at that angle. So I stopped the car with the engine running at a gas station and adjusted the pressure to 50, then turned it off. Went ahead and turned the car back on after pumping gas, and the damn thing shot to a bit over 60 and stayed there, I was like I checked all the connections including the signal hoses and FCD wires, and they were ok. Also, I assume that it's normal for the fuel pump to change noises while driving, like when you go from stop to cruising speeds then boost. Dammit, this FPR is shit. Is there a replacement out there, thanks!!!!!
