i had that setting before my rebuild and it worked fine. but once i had put new pistons and rods. for some reason, 4in 5out works for me.

well if you have the same internals, you should idle smooth. as for me it was for some reason idling fine but way too rich, and for some reason as i decelerate and maintain at 2K rpm, it would just hold there and gradually stay that high when i let go of the pedal. so i decided to re-tune the AFC and messed with everything. and finally after hours of tunning,i figured out it was pressure giving me problems. i guess the map sensor was reading too much pressure so that's when i lowered it to 4in 5out, and whualah!! it feels normal again and wasn't running as rich anymore. hope this helps.

I used to be on Flap sensor, 6 in 6 out, but now after i got my new working O2 sensor, it's on pressure, 7 in 7 out and working fine..

th einput shoudl always always ALWAYS be on PRESSURE. chrysler map sensors VARY DRASTICALLY and they WON'T always have the same output. get a VACCUUM gauge and see which setting (both IN and OUT should be the same) is the closest to 0 while the car is not running and the ignition is on. THEN start the car and see what yoru reading is on yoru vaccuum gauge is OFF the MANIFOLD and see which setting out of the few that were close to 0 in the previous test is still th eclosest to what th evaccuum gaue says. which ever one that is.....THAT IS THE ONE TO USE ON YOUR CAR. Some people will use 5, some will use 6, some will use 7. buy a vaccuum gauge.
A.D.P. "...If you do too much, people become dependant. If you do to little, people loose hope. If you do it right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all." bring it on............

Armond is 100% correct. Check your vaccum readings with the readings from the AFC. use 24.5 to convert between inches and mm (depending on your gauges).
Mine 7in/7out worked the closest, and i have rebuilt internals.

I've gone through them all, from 1 to 12 and the only one that is close is 7in 7out.

01/01 worked well for me too. Except that for lo-throttle 1k rpm i had to use -50% to get 0% ajustments from the ECU.
