Got my FMIC for the custom setup I'm putting together this week. Thought you guys would like to see some pics.
Woohoo, I got a FMIC! :)

Dino holding the star FMIC for comparison.

Another comparison between the 2

Now how am I going to make this fit???

And I thought I had alot to do to get it to fit on a 99 front!

dang haha thats like double the size of that star fmic probably triple of my starion. It looks more like a radiator :P
So how exactly ru gonna mount that monster, is gravity gonna hold it in? hehe I suggest zip ties, i got my FMIC to become level by zip tying the pipe to one of the heater lines :)

Is that an Apex'i GTR IC? The end tanks look familiar. That's what is on my car, only mine is 28" wide. }> Took 4+ hours to get it in AND get it to look right.

The fmic is uses a griffin core 20"x10". The end tanks are hks. It was put together by Road Race. All in all I really like the IC. It will allow ample airflow through to my radiator and should do fairly well cooling the charge air too. Wasn't all that expensive either in my opinion.

That is one wicked-looking FMIC! I would be grinning ear-to-ear too if I just opened the box up and saw it :7 As big as the STAR is, this one really puts it in its place.
You guys don't have the Autometer 2-channel pyrometer temp gauge do you? I would love to find out how much more efficient it is in cooling post-IC intake temps compared to the STAR. Looks sweet though...
