Im sure this has been broughten up before but im just curious if we can make alot more HP at the wheels with a cams and a turbo? If so what size gain should I expect and what grain cams would I want?

I've heard the more you mod your engine, the more horsepower you'll gain from cams.....like the more powerful the engine, the even MORE power u gain from cams, I'm not sure though
