Uh, what is it?
You guys always talk about an EGT guage with higher boost. What does it do for you? And I'm putting an HRC stage 1 in soon, will I need one when I'm only pushing that 5-7 psi?

you use it to measure exhuast gas temps which is the condition of how the engine is running. MOst likely a really high EGT results from a lean mixture. It could be from extremem load as well like climbing a hill. You should get one it's handy to have and it'll let you know when your engine is getting too hot. 100 dolla gauge can probably save you 1000s in the future :P its also a handy tuning device to get the most out of your turbo system while stayin within safe limits.
