which barb on the Vortech FMU does the hose coming from the gas tank connect to? it only seems long enough to connect to one, but the directions seem like they are talking about the other one...also, anyone have the pics that come with the star install booklet? mine look like shit, they musta used a crappy copier. thanks.

You have any pics? was it hard to get to the place on the gas tank to run the longer hose? i wonder if every star kit owner had this problem.

I had to switch hoses. I don't remember exactly...but I do remember that I used to stock hose that was for the return line (i think) between the stock and vortech unit. then I used the hose that was between the two for the return line. I believe that's how it went. Anyways, if you move the hoses around so that none of them are too long, you should end up with enough at every location. Or..you could just buy a longer hose and not have to deal with the headache of mixing and matching.

sorry no pics. no not hard to get to, just take out the back seat and take the cover off to get to the top of the gas tank.
