use .30 as a starting point and then some people begin to experiment with increasing it little by little until they start misfiring and what not. that's usually the accepted gap though. next time use the search function, it will pull up lots of results.

I found this out: up to 16 psi, gap the plugs at .030"; more than 16 psi boost, set it to .028" Right now, I got mine gapped to .030", running 15 psi daily. It seems to work the best.
HadesOmega, I see from you signature pic that you autoX. What do you think of it? That's something I'd like to get into. I went to a local Solo II recently, a got to ride in a couple of runs. I never knew our cars can handle like that!

Where do you guys order the 7e's from? They dont sell them anywhere around here. I have been using the stock heat range. They have worked fine.

Hehe I don't think 7e's make much of a difference. I just put my 6Es back in cuz I broke my 7Es :( and it seems to run smoother now. I guess 7Es are good if your running a lot of boost.

I've always ordered them from Advance Auto PDQ. They have to order them, but it only takes a day. Only $1.29 apiece, can't beat that!
