will i be tapping into the ecu directly under the hood, or is there a place to tap it inside the car? also i know the downstream 02 sensor has wires in the interior can i tap into those or should i be tapping into the upstream o2

exactly what I was going to type :)

yep I tapped into the ecu in the engine bay. Just run it through the steering boot and get one of those claw grabber thingies that you use to take spark plugs out and a flashlight and fish that thing out. Have fun ^_^ all these darn gauges it's hard watching the road and the gauges at the same time :P

If you're asking about the wire, ti's on the top plug of the ECU, white wire w/ black stripe. I just did mine last night, VERY easy install! Good luck!

ok i tapped into the only white wire near the pin location that my electric manuel indacated (sp?) and i'm getting voltage readings anywhere from .25 to .45 is this right could i have mabye tapped into the wrong wire. i'm worried because my manuel had 2 circut diagrams and it was saying 2 different pins for the same wire one chart said 48 one said 47 but there was only one wire from like 45-50 on the pins the rest were empty tia guy's i'm lost on this one..... the tt part works great though

Just run off the white wire with black stripe and save the headache.
