just wondering...i would think so, cuz there are like a billion little hondas everywhere in NYC and some of them have to have kits on, but i just need to be sure.

we dont have smog here in GA but my guess is no...maybe it would but it doesnt matter, they arent street legal anyway you look at it (visual test, obviously a failure)

so what do you all do at inspection time? i thought the HRC kits were street legal and that the star kits just couldn't run external dump tubes....one reason for welding it into the downpipe.

I just passed emmissions in PA and their pretty strict about emmissions. You shouldn't have any problems, I wouldn't worry about it.
