Yeeeup, have to rebuild again. Don't know what gave way this time until we have the motor apart..but I have blow-by again. It's entirely my fault..I didn't use the TRICK high octane racing fuel this time at the races and I was in third gear running a 280z with a chevy 350 in it and all of a sudden i felt loss of compression. I thought an intercooler pipe came off but as I lifted the hood..all there was in the engine bay was a pool of oil and it was smokin like a marley fest. The car is back at powerhousemotorsports.com and they're takin it apart as i'm typing this up. I hope my friggin JE's didn't crack. I'll keep you posted. ONE

I'm not familiar with your car, but how much boost were you running? And what do you have as far as fuel set-up and internals? Just curious.

Those rebuilds are becoming expensive for you now. Rebuild alone is like 17-18 HUNDRED .You should watch them build it and pick up a few things:)

Shouldn't cost too much..the block is already bored over for the JE's..all the machine work has already been done. Just need to hone the cylinder walls and replace broken parts and reassemble. Powerhouse sponsors us so I get a good deal on labor and parts. If you don't know..I pretty much have all the same shit that chris m. (murix) has in his car except i have RC custom 450cc injectors and a southland full ceramic clutch that doesn't slip. Oh he has the HRC kit and I have the Star with a Apex skyline GTR fmic. Also, no pics of the Bomex girls? Funny story - one of them really wanted the shirt I was wearing, I mean really. I ended up stripping it off right there and traded it for a GReddy one they scrounged up...
