i bought the car last year with 57k on it,,,i dont know what kind of maintenance the last owners had on it, but ive put 34k on my car, and since then i havent changed the fuel filter, or the pvc valve. Could this be the reason my car runs lean...other than the fact i have fine tuning in store for my vc2.... someone please help,,,running lean is hurting my car... john

John,
Just go ahead and replace the fuel filter and the pcv valve, the parts are not that expensive like 15-20 bucks for both and you should have done it by now anyway....While your at it you can replace the UPPER and lower radiator hoses that are in dire need of replacement too !!!! Routine matinence should of been done (like I've always told you) before you put the turbo on.....

I believe you shoulda changed it after 2 years. I changed mine 2 years ago so time to change it again arrghh these 95s!!
