Well, since I have to wait a few weeks until Corbin makes the A\F gauge, would you guys recommend this or to just wait??? Since the manifold is gonna be out during the install anyways, it makes sense to me to take care of that. Also, does any of you guys have it and how do u like it??? Thanks.....

The factory gasket is just fine, and its 1/2 the price of that one.. just my 2 cents, but that gasket looks really nice, just dont think its needed...

I say go for it. My exhuast manifold gasket has been leaking since I installed the turbo. Copper is some good stuff its harder to blow and you can reuse it a lot. Thick copper head gasket is a good idea also but hehe you not gonna touch that so don't bother.

I suggest before you install that turbo get the dump pipe welded on. Put the turbo system together and take it to a muffler shop and weld that sucka on there. Listen to my dyno movies and the dump pipe is louder than the turbo and it stinks too.

wouldn't that only be needed to be done for star kits? (dump pipe welding)

The HRC kit comes with an internal wastegate. I suppose it isn't as loud as an external one, I'm not sure though.

oh oops haha I thought this was for the star kit. anyway if you gonna use the stock one (which isn't bad) make sure you torque it properly.
