low boost .032, 18-20 psi .030 Most guys that still have the T-25 or 16G use stock heat range plugs(6). If you are running over 22psi boost(18G or 20G), going to a 7 heat range plug might be good. You will have to gap them near .028 for it run correctly.

You should have the stock range BPR6ES gapped at -.029 unless you are running 20psi daily. No need for the 7s yet.

If you must use the 7s, they come pre-gapped anyway.
