18428, Clutch and 625cc injectors Posted by 41eclipse, Mar-25-02 01:12 PM
I bought the Spec clutch with fidanza flywheel from howell, I just got it today(super fast shipping, thanks Howell) My engine is at the shop. I am going to take it to the shop so when they're finished, they can put on the flywheel to balance the bottom end. Since it is a modular clutch should I give them 1. the whole cluch assembly and ring gear to balance , 2. just the flywheel and ring gear, 3. the ring gear, flyweel and pressure plate(clutch disc taken out)? Also after I get my engine properly broken in I am going to put in the 625cc injectors that also arrived today(good thing my wife was at work,he he). Should I bother getting a super afc or do I need to go with an accel dfi or maybe the new aem computer? Also how long does it take to install a Accel DFI for those of you that have one? And should I run a lower idle fuel pressure? Thanks a bunch in advance.

An S-AFC can't lean those injectors out enough at idle, so you will need to go with the Accel DFI.
