Not sure what is wrong but I can't get more than 5 lbs. of boost. I have a HRC stage II and have the waste gate actuator pretty damn tight. Could it be a leak from were the TB connects to the upper piping. It does not fit snug metal to metal but the fittings are tight. I called HRC and they said to tighten up the waste gate actuator to get more boost, did that no change in feeling or boost guage. I need help fast some guy with a civic gsr motor swap is talking mad sh!t. I Need to teach him a lesson, respect DSM.

well my car is always up for a race =)
check the part # on the actulator and compare with hrc... they could have sent you only the 5psi actulator... that is what i got and just use a boost controller... hehe

I think they accidently sent you the wrong wastegate.

the actautor looks different. the fitting where the hose goes on is on a diffrent angle than the stageI actuator. I just came back from a drive and i noticed the boost spiked up to 7lbs. then instantly fell down to 5lbs. so I think the waste gate is correct.

check your vacuum lines make sure they are not bad or loose... just make sure the actulator is correct if you still got probs...it dont hurt
