well i have noticed that when i turn off the car. my boost guage reads 2 psi. does that mean that when im at full boost my guage will read 2psi more than what im really boosting?

Most likely. I have never seen that before. Maybe send it back to autometer because they do free calibration.

My boost gauge cant go under 2 psi. It only reads 2psi and up. maybe you have one of these?

Just wondering what does it go to whith the key on(not started). Because mine reads somewhere around 15psi with the key off. But when i switch to acc it zero's. Your fine if it does. late mike

well with the key out it goes to 2psi. it reads from 29vac-0 vac then from 1psi to 30 psi. but it jes sits at 2 psi when the key is out., when i turn on the car it goes to about 10vac. is that normal?

My old SPI gauge did that from the day i got it until the day it quit reading period. it was a piece of crap.

If you have an autometer gauge, try sending it back.. or return it as defective. My VDO gauge reads 0psi off, every time.

Mike, i didn't know you had an electronic boost gauge.
