Can you run higher compression pistons on the HRC Stage 3 kit while running 15psi on pump gas? There bottem end kits they provide are the same through Stages 3-5 so if Stage 3 was all you wanted why couldn't you run higher compression and get more power out of that Stage 3 kit you bought? Then port the IM and bore the TB for optimal results. Theoretically it seems you would be able to without any problems.

12.5:1 compression and turbo on pump gas yes but 15 psi on pump gas at that compression probably won't last. Gary Howell said we should be able to run 4 psi on the street on pump gas. I think with timing retarded and LARGE injectors to keep you running rich and 5 or 6 psi could be possible.

I read that whole post twice on no sleep in the last 24 hours, to say the least I was impressed. I think its 1 of the most informative posts on here that I have ever read and awnsered all the questions running threw my head. Now that I have a headache and just lost $500.00 on the Cinncy UCLA game im gonna go to sleep :)
