I just did an oil change today and I still have a small leak from my oil "T" fitting. I took it out about 2 months ago and I resealed the pieces with the teflon tape and torqued them down. It slowed the leak down considerably. But I wasnt able to take out the piece that goes into the block. There is a sleeve that goes into the block. I think its leaking from there. I need to take out that sleeve and get a new "T" fitting that can directly screw into the block instead of onto the sleeve. Where can I fnd a "T" fitting like that? TIA

And I forgot to ask what the sizes are on the "T" fitting.

if you guys can hold on I am in the works of putting together a oil line kit. It involves 2 2ft lines a fuel block and all the fittings needed to make this stuff work. Its super easy to put in and since you buy all the fittings you can change it per application. For instance with mine I'm running 6an lines :oil pressure,oil temp, local oil pressure guage,line from block,line to turbo,and oem plug to warning indicator. I just installed one on shogun rs This stuff is super easy and you will have a way to get a pressure reading on the oil for the turbo. I will be installing one on dinos car within a week or so, we will list all parts and prices to everything we encounter I think if dino reads this he will install a pic with the block. The one problem i did run into with joe setup was the fitting on the back of the block. It didnt want to come out. I actually plugged the t port and ran a line into the sesor port and fed off of that. But all and all it worked out. late mike

I dont need all that stuff. I just want to replace the "T" fitting I have with a new one that will screw into the block. The one I have now has a sleeve that it screws onto. I want a "T" fitting with a male side that will screw into the block with out the sleeve. I only need one line coming off the going to the turbo since I have no oil pressure gauge.

sorry bro I guess what your saying is i didnt help. Its not actually a t fitting I'm guess'n the part you are talking about is the adapting block? The one where the nipple comes off to supply oil to the turbo? so i guess what your looking for is 3/8ntp male on one end 3/8 female on the other and a 1/4 ntp port for the supply line? You might have to back to hahn or star to get that I have seen those parts in any hardware stores. sorry bro late mike

What size socket do you use to remove that oil sensor? The one you screw the T into?

I used a 1 1/16" socket to remove the stock oil sender.

its actually a 1-1/16x 2 5/8 depth socket so you dont damage the sender. I picked mine up at kragen. Its call the oil sensor removal socket hehe. Well with all the work Ive done this socket has more than trippled payback for me. This socket also takes care of other sensors as well, ie: knock sensor. late mike
