im installing my star stage 1 this morning... any tips, links to better directions, or things that will make this easier???

Buy an oil pressure sending unit removal socket.

Have a long (and i'm not talkin 6") extention handy.

REALLY big breaker bar, and WD-40.

Buy about 15 feet of vaccuum line, and T fittings that will fit it.

Have a full socket set, vice grips, pliers, needle nose, etc.

A drill, and a BIG bit. Biggest you can find. A dremel helps, too.

Beer. Friends. Time. An internet connection, so you can get to the board when you're stumped.

Don't ask, just make sure they're there. Thank me later. Be prepared for several hours of cussing, busted knuckles, blood, oil, grime, dirt, and rusted bolts. Take your time. Take frequent breaks. Don't get fed up or frustrated, just back away, take a deep breath and look at the situation again. Remember: you can get it.
