for some reason (after a suggestion by Dino) I found that if I take the pipe between the intake filter and the compressor it helps. don't ask me why though.
Also I had my bov vacuum line tapped to a few others and now I have just about every vacuum line tapped directly into the intake manny. and that has helped also.

How much boost are you running? A Turbo XS Type H is for 15 psi or higher; if you're running anything less, it might be too stiff to "blow off." Have you tried playing with the different adjustments on the BOV? Also, like Whodatt mentioned, try not to have too many vacuum lines running off the bov vac line. It shouldn't make a major difference, but it can affect the rate at which the bov blows off. Check to make sure that the bov vac line is not pinched or kinked.

..I've answered this question many times..grneclipse knows wsup. With my type-s i took it apart and took out one of the springs which made it real soft. THe tiny draw back is that at idle the vaccumm is strong enough - or shouild i say the valve is soft enough that it stays open. BUT around 0lbs the valve will close and the valve will be pushed down when under boost so that the sytem can pressurize. My BOV used to gobble cuz not enough air was being pushed out and the BOV was not openning far enough. I don't boost 30lbs like the BOV is intended to hold. I rarely boost 5psi!! Now the damn thing goes off like it's coo not even into boost it'll let out a long whistle. Or try what Rick and I did which was take off the pipe and put the filter directly onto the turbo - it could relieve some compressor surge.
