After countless debates of motorcycle or turbo kit a few weeks back I decided to go turbo. I order almost everything already and this is how much it costs me and what I have to say.

Already paid for and on the way:
$2195 HRC stage 1 shipped. "Buy from Gary at Howell. I called up HRC and asked them why they are more expensive and they just told me to give Gary a call and tell them so and so sent you. I don't understand that bit. Why would they gear towards some one else to sell their kit for them at a lower price? Oh well."
$58.00 Autometer Triple Piller mount
$50.00 "5 90 degree 16" and 20" bend pipes
$110.00 "2 1/4 Autometer Pro-Comp EGT guage #4365. I don't even know if this come with a probe kit. It didn't say anything. So if I need a probe kit for this will some please tell me which one to get."
$57.00 "2 1/4 Autometer Pro-Comp A/F guage. May still buy Corbin's custom one instead."
$255.00 "Used Starion intercooler off Ebay. These baby's are hot, a few months back they used go for 150-160, now you'd be lucky not to pay more than 220 for them."
$170.00 "TurboXS Type H RFL blow off valve. Let's just hope it still sounds good under 8psi."
$87.00 "Greddy turbo timer. it better be good"
$15.00 "GST-GSX wiring harness kit for turbo timer. Sean you told me I needed it, let's hope you're right."

$3032.00 So far

I'm still in need of boost controller. Anyone know of a good one for a good price, like Joe P.? I'm gonna need a new oil pan. Still debating on if fuel pressure guage and oil pressure guage is needed. Might need to get starion intercooler modified by a shop, unless someone here just hooked it up using their own pipes and couplers and want to share. I need new fenders and possibly front bumper. So basically turbo related I'm looking to spend another 300-400. Car related maybe 4 grande all together. You're all probably wondering where I get the money? Well as some of you know I'm in the military and currently deployed somewhere in the balkans. When you get hazard duty pay, hostile fire pay, basic housing allowance, hardship pay on top of your pay grade and you don't pay for food or housing on war time deployments...it comes down to a nickel up the ass for every minute you work to rid the world of oxygen thieves. In the end I will have a fast car. If anyone wanna add their 2 cents for anything please do. You guys are my only source of help.

If the EGT you bought is not the Pyrometer style, you will have to buy a probe. One of my friends told me the other day that you can buy the Westach probe kit for like 15 bux and it works just as well or better than the Z-series Autometer probe (80 bux). Can anyone back this up? The Joe-P style boost controller is a good choice to save money and have a reliable boost controller (its what I use).

Oxygen thieves... hehehehe haven't heard that one :7
