Well after much cussing and wrench throwing, tranny #2 is in my car and my IC is no longer dragging the ground. I hope I never get into a wreck with the front of my car - there's nor a lot of support left up there. I would like to publicly thank Chris (klipzracer) for showing up just as I was about to drop the tranny on my head. Thanks for saving my bean :-) Tranny sounds great though. Hopefully it's the last time I'll be under the car for a while. Time to turn up the boost!!

Well, it seemed to be noisier than the one I had in previously, so I took it out swapped the Quaife and put my old one back in. While it was apart, I didn't notice anything obviously wrong with it other that a bushing for one of the shift rods was coming out of the bore it was pressed in to. So I guess I'll fix that and put it back together and either sell it or hold onto it in case I need it...
