Is there supposed to be a gasket for the turbo to the manifold and to the turbo to the downpipe or do you just torque it down Or am I missing a gasket NEED HELP IF ANYBODY KNOWS PLEASE REPLY

Just shave it down to make sure both surfaces are perfectly flat

steve machined them "true" so that they mate perfectly.. you don't need a gasket.
