is it too late for me to get turbo? should i just get another 420A instead of the turbo for now? Do you think my motor will last very long if i went ahead and dropped a hahn stage I or II in it? just curious.

Search.
Do a compression test. If the numbers come out alright, turbo away. If not.. Rebuild, then turbo. No sense in replacing an easily repaired motor, especially when you can build it better than it came from the factory.

I agree w/ Dino. Definately do the compression test first and make sure everything is working ok. Since your way outta warranty u should see if timing belt is ok. If u replace that then u might as well replace water pump also. It goes hand in hand just like if you replace your headgasket you replace everything. haha. You have a lot of miles but its not worth putting in a new motor when u can just rebuild it to have a "new" motor w/ good internals. Heres some future advice. Whatever Dino says you should do. Hes the man and so is Stan.. Ha that ryhmes. -Dave
