15004, Can I ever run a TURBO??
Posted by Talon95Stang, Feb-03-02 07:14 PM
The reason I ask is because I got my head milled .020 and have regrind cams w/ camgears. I dont know my compression but it should be about 10 - 10.5 to 1. I going to go nitrous this summer but I might want to save for a turbo.

yeah you can get a turbo, so long as you don't detonate. Stan I believe was running high compression and turbo.

With that little amount of milling you are only at a 10:1 compression if you have the stock head gasket. You should have no problems except cams designed for all motor power may not be the best for turbo spooling.
