I read it before a while ago but I cant remember how to do it. I need to see if there are any boost leaks before next friday. I am going to the track and I dont want to have any leaks.

You could get a pvc, or metal 2" cup, drill a hole in it and put a air compressor fitting in the end of it.
put a coupler on the end of the cup and put the other end to the intake part of the turbo, turn on the compressor to X lbs and just listen for leaks while pressure is being pushed through the system.
I seen a guy do this before but never tried it..

Thanks I think I'll try that. What kind of fitting could I use. Maybe a tire fitting?

someone said before, remove your air filter and pipe and instead put a cardboard in front of it to seal it with the car on, and if it dies you got no leaks.

thats not a good way to check, becuae it creates a huge vacuum which could seal any leaks you may have

Use a pvc cap, and a rubber coupler and tap the end fo it for an air compressro fitting. hook that up to yoru turbo inlet, and hook up the compressor to the fitting at about 30 or so psi and listen.

what I did was get a rubber pipe reducer, put an endcap on one end clamp it down with a hose clam. drill a hole on the endcap and put a tire valve in there. seal it with sylicone or something so that it is air tight.
tighten down the other end to the turbo. and get an air compressor and fill the whole system up and just listen for leaks.
It works pretty well and it is really cheap to make.
