You only disable the stock FPR if you want to lower your fuel pressure below stock levels. This is recommended for people with larger injectors.

I'm not sure exactly what line you're talking about. However, you do not hook up any lines to the stock regulator...leave its vacuum port open to the air. That should fix your minimum fuel pressure to something like 50 psi.

what i'm talking about is this page. se where it show the vacuum hose going to the bov. where the other end of the vacuum hose plugs in (at the V). it orginally goes from the V to the stock FPR (99% positive about that one. my question was do i put a tee in that line and then go off the the bov or do i unhook completely and take the vacuum hose off the stock fpr and just run it from the V to the bov. this all sounds right in my head but don't know if it makes since to anyone else.

Completely unhook the vac line to the stock FPR and leave it be. Then run your vac lines like the picture. The middle vac port should go to the cruise control if you have it. HRC doesn't show anything coming off of that port, they assume that you have cruise.
