i heard that the kits come with 12:1...but some ppl have said 8:1 or 6:1...what do i buy?...i need one asap and i'm not springing for the sfmu...i'm only running 5-8lbs and stock injectors...so what do i get...plz help.

Well, you have to figure out what turbo you're running so you know approximaely how much HP per pound of boost to expect.
For instance, I think the S-16g gets something like ~11HP per pound of boost, and depending on supporting mods, possibly more. The T03/04 (depending on which one of these), let's say the E model, seems to get even more, possibly something like 14-15 HP per pound of boost.
Take all of that into account, and also factor in if you have an intercooler, and then plug all those factors into some of the tech pages Corbin has made to ascertain what kind of fuel (and corresponding ratios) you're going to need at max boost with your particular injectors.

Start high and go down. If you buy a 12:1 Vortech FMU and its too rich a replacement 10:1 or 8:1 ect diaphram are only $30 from Vortech. You'll need an EGT/AF or dyno with wideband AF to determine whats right.
