What Manual Boost Controller would be the best to get for a Star Stage 2 turbo??? I was thinking of getting the dual turbo xs or the turbonetics. Which one will make your turbo spool faster???

neither. neither are ball and spring designs. Only the turboXs high performance MBC is (its probably the best since it first uses the ball spring to actuate the wastegate signal then uses a bleeder to keep it from overboosting. Not worth $129 bones). Turbonetics is junk and Dual stage TurboXS is nice because its dual stage but isn't the fastest method of spool up because it uses two bleeder valves and a solinoid. Get the cheapest ball and spring design you can find. JoeP, Busta and whatever JasonESi-T has (cant remember brand) comes to mind. Those cost from $40-50. You could pay $90-100 and get the same thing from Buschur or Extreme (at least Extremes look cool).

They all do the same thing basically and as Stan mentioned, the ball and spring types are all based on the Joe P. MBC's. I have one that was based off that design and incorporated a plastic knob for ease of use rather than the usual allen wrench(the only difference).
Here's the one I bought:

I had the Joe P; it holds solid boost for $50. I should've bought what Jason ESI-T has--the one by FastForward. It uses a knob to adjust the boost settings, instead of a wrench and allen key. It's a pain in the *ss sometimes.
